The Innoauto Transport Association (ITA) fosters entrepreneurial development by facilitating funding options to enable owner drivers to operate under the brand, management and corporate image of InnoCourier, InnoEat & Innotaxi in Ghana and Nigeria. ITA also employs professional drivers for corporate vehicles and Roadrail haulage trucks on fixed long term serviced lease contracts to the Mining Industry.

InnoCourier provides prompt and reliable delivery of official documents and small parcels with a focus on the banking and retail industries and last mile deliveries for multinational courier companies. Services also include stock delivery to street hawkers, general go-for deliveries such a groceries and food delivery. Whereas InnoEat is specialised express food delivery and InnoTaxi is a unique affordable metered taxi service for individual passengers for short to medium range journeys in rural towns.

The ITA Branch Depots incorporate an administration office, workshop and spare parts with skilled mechanics to service and maintain a fleet of forty-eight robust vehicles specifically engineered for rough dirt road conditions.

ITA provides funding mechanisms to support entrepreneurial individuals to achieve prosperity within an environment of excellence which focuses on skills training and providing a superior customer service experience.

ITA has developed a model to empowering single mothers, comprising of a team of four women per vehicle where one drives, one child minds, one markets and one has free time for chores.

Participants in the Buy2Lease Remittance Alternative System acquire the vehicles to act as collateralised security which is then sold on via a lease2Buy model to the drivers. The result being an attractive 48% return on remittance which provides a monthly residual income stream to the beneficiaries.

Furthermore, ITA fosters entrepreneurial development by facilitating highly innovative 33.33% advertising loan at 0% interest to enable owner drivers to operate under the brand, infrastructure, management and corporate image of InnoCourier, InnoEat and InnoTaxi. ITA has also secured backing from a fund to provide a guarantee to act as guarantor for the local bank to assist the driver to obtain a 50% loan.

Furthermore Roadrail provides an off-road road train haulage service along the African Belt and Road route and can spur to service countries that are not on the route. Roadrail also provides long term fixed contract haulage solutions for the mining industry. In addition to Searail which is a High Speed Passenger & Cargo Ferry service from Nigeria to Senegal.
